The team at Glen Haven's Rehabilitation Cottage offers all the services necessary to assist seniors to recuperate quickly and get back home. Physical, occupational, and speech therapy services provided by Innovate Rehab and Wellness, along with restorative nursing services will speed the recovery process for patients following a hospital stay. Our Resident Services team will ensure that services and supports are set up to ensure the transition back to home is a successful one.
